Effective procurement and supplier management is essential to ensuring consistently high standards across all agencies.

Advantage xPO therefore has a dedicated supplier management team to ensure that our clients benefit from a strong and highly effective supply chain.

We have the capability to run an end-to-end supplier tender process and carry out rigorous checks, including credit checks, to ensure that all suppliers always remain fully compliant.

Our capabilities include both permanent and contingent labour specialists, niche suppliers, and more generalist business support.

We also review each supplier every quarter to ensure that they are meeting both their contractual and legal obligations, including screening, on-boarding and overall recruitment performance.

  • Ensuring that all suppliers are fully compliant and aligned to your business through:
    • annual onsite audits
    • monthly audit reporting
    • full and comprehensive supplier process documentation
  • Supplier gap analysis
  • Sourcing, qualifying and engaging new or niche suppliers to meet your particular requirements
  • Quarterly reviews of all suppliers to ensure continued compliance, performance and cost-effectiveness
  • Provision of market intelligence, benchmarking and management information
  • Driving continuous improvement, whether that be through processes, performance, or cost
