Charlotte Fisher Charlotte Fisher Commercial Director

Charlotte assumed the role of Commercial Director in January 2019 and as a UK board member is responsible for the commercial development of Advantage Group UK.

She started her career in recruitment 25 years ago. During her long and highly successful recruitment career, Charlotte has covered all the key roles in the sector, including Temp Consultant, Perm Consultant, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Head of Strategic Accounts and International Operations Director.

She has an impressive track record in business development especially in the MSP and RPO arenas, strategic account management, opening up international markets and managing large resourcing teams.

Joanna Oakley Joanna Oakley Operations Director

Joanna is a highly skilled Account and Operations Director focused on driving continuous improvement, innovation and efficiencies for both clients and internal operations. She has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry.

As Operations Director, Joanna sits on the Advantage Group UK Management Board and oversees Compliance, Project Management, Supplier Management, Central Operations, IT, HR, Learning & Development and Marketing.

Her key skills are volume recruitment solutions (including master vendor and neutral vendor), MSPs and RPOs, supplier sourcing, selection & management, and key account management.

Joanna is CIPD-qualified with additional qualifications in Equality and Diversity.

Jonas Janssens Jonas Janssens Finance Director

Jonas joined Advantage Group UK from our parent company, Recruit Global Staffing. As a UK Board Member, he is instrumental in setting and driving the strategic direction for Advantage Group UK, including Advantage xPO.

Jonas is also responsible for the Financial Shared Service Centre of Advantage Group UK.

He is professionally qualified and holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy & Tax.

Scott has over 20 years of recruitment and strategic sales experience. His successful track record of working for major blue-chip organisations has encompassed talent management, operations, managed service programmes (MSP), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), statement of work (SOW) and consultancy services across the UK and EMEA.

Scott is also a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP).

Ross Donovan Ross Donovan MSP & RPO Director

Ross has worked in recruitment for 14 years and in workforce outsourcing for over 10 years. He has significant experience in a number of industry sectors including Banking & Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Construction and Defence.

He has particular expertise in managing both Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Programmes (MSP) of all sizes, encompassing project management, resource planning, forecasting, cost-saving efficiency programmes, RMS & VMS implementations, contractor migrations, supplier management and much more.

Ross is an Economics graduate and a Prince 2 Practitioner.

Lucy Sheliker Lucy Sheliker Head of Compliance and Contracts Management

Lucy is a highly skilled compliance and contracts professional with over 10 years of experience in the recruitment sector.

She is responsible for the compliance framework for Advantage Group UK, including compliance with legislation, contractual requirements and best industry practice, candidate screening, third party due diligence checks and supply chain audits.

Her key focus is achieving operational efficiency and risk mitigation through robust processes and providing a high quality service to our candidates and clients.

Lucy is a certified ISO Lead Auditor and is responsible for managing our ISO 9001 certificate for Quality Management Systems.

Ben De Wulf Ben De Wulf Head of PMO and Business Intelligence

Ben is a project and implementation specialist and oversees the successful implementation of our workforce management solutions, including MSP and RPO programmes and their supporting technologies (VMS & ATS).

Working in partnership with clients, Ben and his team are also responsible for the production of market intelligence, trend analysis and business insight, enabling clients to have greater visibility of their contingent labour, so that they can further improve productivity and drive efficiencies.

Ben is a Prince 2 Practitioner.

Natalie has worked in the recruitment industry for 20 years across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, government, commercial, engineering, customer service, retail and luxury beauty.

She has extensive experience of multi-site account management and developing MSP and RPO recruitment strategies across the UK & Ireland.
